INDIVIDUAL CONDOMINIUMS

TOWNHOMES

THE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR ONGOING MANAGEMENT OF INDIVIDUAL CONDOMINIUM UNITS IS 5.5% OF THE RENT COLLECTED, WITH A MINIMUM OF $175 PER MONTH.

A CHARGE OF $100 IS APPLIED FOR SUPERVISING THE MAKE-OVER / RE-RENTAL PROCESS EACH TIME THERE IS A VACANCY.

EACH TIME A PROPERTY IS VACATED & RE-RENTED, A MINIMUM COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF 2.5% OF THE ANNUAL LEASE TERM WILL BE COMPENSATED BY THE LANDLORD TO EACH OFFICE, THE LISTING OFFICE WHICH WOULD BE DAGGER MANAGEMENT (REPRESENTING OWNER), AND THE SELLING OFFICE (REPRESENTING THE TENANT).

SINGLE FAMILY HOME

THE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR ONGOING MANAGEMENT OF SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES IS 5.5% OF THE RENT COLLECTED WITH A MINIMUM OF $275 PER MONTH. 

A CHARGE OF $155 IS APPLIED FOR SUPERVISING THE MAKE OVER / RE-RENTAL PROCESS EACH TIME THERE IS A VACANCY.

 

EACH TIME A PROPERTY IS VACATED AND RE-RENTED, A MINIMUM COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF 2.5% OF THE ANNUAL LEASE TERM WILL BE COMPENSATED BY THE LANDLORD TO EACH OFFICE, DAGGER MANAGEMENT ( LISTING SIDE ) AND THE SELLING OFFICE

(REPRESENTING THE TENANT).

 

2 - 4 UNITS

THE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR ONGOING MANAGEMENT OF A DUPLEX, TRIPLEX, OR FOUPLEX IS 5.5% OF THE MONTHLY COLLECTED RENT WITH A MINIMUM MONTHLY CHARGE OF $145 PER UNIT.

A CHARGE OF $175 IS APPLIED FOR SUPERVISING THE MAKE-OVER, RE-RENTAL PROCESS EACH TIME THERE IS A VACANCY. 

EACH TIME A PROPERTY IS VACATED AND RE-RENTED, A MINIMUM COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF 2.5% OF THE ANNUAL LEASE TERM WILL BE COMPENSATED BY THE LANDLORD TO EACH OFFICE, DAGGER MANAGEMENT (LISTING  OFFICE) AND THE SELLING OFFICE (REPRESENTING THE TENANT).

5 - 14 UNITS

THE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR ONGOING MANAGEMENT OF A BUILDING CONSISTING OF 5 TO 14 UNITS IS BETWEEN 4.75% - 6% OF THE MONTHLY RENT COLLECTED AS LISTED BELOW:

5 - 7 UNITS : 6%

8 - 10 UNITS : 5.25%

11 - 14 UNITS : 4.75%

A CHARGE OF $135 IS APPLIED FOR SUPERVISING THE MAKE-OVER, RE-RENTAL PROCESS EACH TIME THERE IS A VACANCY. 

EACH TIME A PROPERTY IS VACATED AND RE-RENTED, A MINIMUM COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF 2.5% OF THE ANNUAL LEASE TERM WILL BE COMPENSATED BY THE LANDLORD TO EACH OFFICE, DAGGER MANAGEMENT (LISTING SIDE), AND THE SELLING OFFICE (REPRESENTING THE TENANT).

15 - 24 UNITS

THE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR ONGOING MANAGEMENT OF A BUILDING CONSISTING OF 15 TO 24 UNITS IS 4.5% OF THE MONTHLY RENT COLLECTED. 

A CHARGE OF $135 IS APPLIED FOR SUPERVISING THE MAKE-OVER, RE-RENTAL PROCESS EACH TIME THERE IS A VACANCY.

EACH TIME A PROPERTY IS VACATED AND RE-RENTED, A MINIMUM COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF 2.5% OF THE ANNUAL LEASE TERM WILL BE COMPENSATED BY THE LANDLORD TO EACH OFFICE, DAGGER MANAGEMENT ( LISTING SIDE ) AND THE SELLING OFFICE

( REPRESENTING THE TENANT ). 

25 UNITS OR MORE

THE MONTHLY CHARGE FOR ONGOING MANAGEMENT OF A BUILDING CONSISTING OF 25 UNITS OR MORE IS 4.25% OF THE MONTHLY RENT COLLECTED.

A CHARGE OF $135 IS APPLIED FOR SUPERVISING THE MAKE-OVER, RE-RENTAL PROCESS EACH TIME THERE IS A VACANCY.

EACH TIME A PROPERTY IS VACATED AND RE-RENTED, A MINIMUM COMPENSATION IN THE AMOUNT OF 2.5% OF THE ANNUAL LEASE TERM WILL BE COMPENSATED BY THE LANDLORD TO EACH OFFICE, DAGGER MANAGEMENT ( LISTING SIDE ), AND THE SELLING OFFICE
