THIS MID-LEVEL PROGRAM IS POPULAR WITH ASSOCIATIONS BETWEEN 2 AND 30 UNITS WHERE THE BOARD WOULD LIKE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONS, OR FOR LARGER ASSOCIATIONS WHERE THERE IS AN ON-SITE MANAGER OR ON-SITE MAINTENANCE PERSON. 

THIS ALLOWS THE BOARD TO BE FREE OF THE DAILY AND MONTHLY ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS AND NOT HAVE TO REMEMBER THE REQUIRED ANNUAL TASKS.

UNDER 20 UNITS

THIS IS A RELATIVELY NEW OPTION FOR ASSOCIATES OF LESS THAN 20 UNITS. 

IT IS THE LOWEST COST AND PROVIDES A BASIC ACCOUNTING SERVICE ALONG WITH ACCESS ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS TO OTHER ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES.

A SEPARATE FEE APPLIES AS ADDITIONAL SERVICES ARE NEEDED
